One of the best ways to avoid this intruder is to download programs only from their official websites. If you refrain from downloading apps from file-sharing pages, you should be able to decrease the possibility of a hijacker infection a lot. On the other hand, sometimes it is not possible to find the official website for the application you want, and it looks like the only source is a file-sharing page. If that is the case, then you should check all the steps in the installation wizard one by one, before you click “Finish.” Normally, if the installation wizard is decent, it should inform you about the additional applications that you will add to your system if you agree to all the conditions in the setup. And if you read those steps, you should be able to deselect the programs you do not need. However, it goes without saying that breezing through the installation will result in installing all the programs that are included in the bundle on your Removal screenshot

Once this browser hijacker is on your computer, it behaves pretty much just like,,, and many other programs from the same family. Well, because they are customized especially for you. The program can achieve that because it tracks your browsing history and it can more or less figure out what kind of content you want to see on your browser.

Should you interact with that content though? Most definitely not. While does not intend to infect you with malware, it does not mean that it cannot happen.
