- Simultaneously tap Win+R to launch RUN.
- Type regedit.exe and click OK to access the Registry Editor.
- Delete the Innovate Direct key at the end of these paths:

- Move to the top of the menu and click Edit.
- Click Find and use this search tool to find and Delete these CLSIDs:

- Simultaneously tap Win+E to launch the Explorer window.
- Type %Program Files% (or %Program Files(x86)%) into the address bar and tap Enter.
- Right-click the Innovate Direct folder and select Delete.
- Type %Temp%\ into the address bar, tap Enter, and follow step 8.
- Enter %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ into the address bar.
- Open the folder with a unique name (look for .default string in the name) and open the Extensions menu.
- Right-click and Delete the file called “firefox@www.InnovateDirect.com.xpi”.
