Uninstall Iminent Community Toolbar

Windows 8

  1. Move the mouse over the bottom left corner of the screen until a mini Metro UI/a minimized version of the desktop pops up.
  2. Right-click it and select Control Panel.
  3. Click on Uninstall a program.
  4. Select iminent Toolbar and click on the Uninstall button.

Windows Vista/7

  1. Open the Start menu and select Control Panel.
  2. Click on Uninstall a program under Programs.
  3. Right-click on iminent Toolbar and select Uninstall.

Windows XP

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Select Add or Remove Programs.
  4. Select iminent Toolbar and click on the Remove button.

Remove Iminent Community Toolbar

Internet Explorer

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Press and hold the Alt key and then press T.
  3. Select Manage Add-ons.
  4. Click on Toolbars and Extensions and look whether Iminent community Toolbar is present in that section. If so, disable it.
  5. Click on Search Providers and remove the unwanted add-on.
  6. Press Alt+T and go to Internet Options.
  7. In the General tab, find the Home Page section and add a new page instead of search.conduit.com.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Press and hold Ctrl, then press and hold Shift and finally press the A key to open Add-ons Manager.
  3. Click on Extensions and remove iminent Toolbar.
  4. Press Alt+H and go to Troubleshooting Information.
  5. Click on Reset Firefox - > Reset Firefox - > Finish.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Press and hold the Alt key and press F.
  3. Go to Tools - > Extensions.
  4. Remove the add-on called iminent.
  5. On the left side on the browser, click on Settings.
  6. Find the On startup section and mark Open a specific page or set of pages.
  7. Click on Set pages.
  8. Remove search.conduit.com and add a new one. Press OK to confirm.
  9. In the Search section, click on Manage search engines.
  10. Remove search.condui.com, hover the mouse under a new search engine and click Make default.
