    c) TopResultURL.
    d) URL.
  8. Open your File Explorer.
  9. Go to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default.
  10. Delete remove files entitled Preferences, Secure Preferences, and Web Data.
  11. Navigate to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<unique Mozilla profile ID>.
  12. Locate and then delete a file called prefs.js.
  13. Right-click your Recycle Bin and then select Empty Recycle Bin.
