The website presents a customized search bar of a legitimate search engine (usually Google) and claims it its own. When a user installs the full version of the toolbar, his home page is changed to adoresearch.com. All main browsers can be affected by this application, including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.   1. Right-click metro Start screen.

Delete from Windows Vista & Windows 7

  1. Open Start Menu and go to Control Panel.
  2. Click Uninstall a program.

Delete from Windows XP

  1. Open Start Menu and go to Control Panel.
  2. Click Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Remove fTalk or Windows Searchqu Toolbar.

Remove Adoresearch from the browser

Delete from Internet Explorer

  1. Press Alt+X and click Manage add-ons.
  2. Remove SearchquToolbar and DataMngr from Toolbars and Extensions.
  3. Click Search providers on the left and remove Adoresearch from the list.
  4. Set a new default search engine.
  5. Press Alt+X and go to Internet Options.
  6. Delete adoresearch.com from home page section under General tab.
  7. Enter a new home page address and click OK to save changes.

Delete from Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+A and Add-ons Manager tab will open.
  2. Remove Searchqu Toolbar and DataMngr from Extension list.
  3. Click search engine icon on Firefox’s search bar (top right corner of your window).
  4. Select Manage search engines.
  5. Remove Adoresearch from the list.
  6. Set a default search engine and click OK.
  7. Press Firefox button and go to Options.
  8. Delete Adoresearch.com from home page section under General tab.
  9. Enter a new home page address and click OK to save changes.

Delete from Google Chrome

  1. Press Alt+F and click Tools.
  2. Go to Extensions and remove Searchqu Toolbar and DataMngr.
  3. Click Settings and select Open a page or a set of pages.
  4. Click Set pages and remove adoresearch.com from the list.
  5. Enter a new home page address and click OK.
  6. Click Manage search engines under Search.
  7. Remove Adoresearch from the list and set a new default search engine.
  8. Click Done to save changes.
