System Tuner is a phony anti-spyware program that attempts to make a claim that it is able to optimize the performance of your computer. System Tuner may come from a Trojan or some of the same sources that HdriveSweeper, another rogue anti-spyware program, comes from. System Tuner will not "Tune" your system nor will it aid in detection or removal of parasites. If anything, System Tuner will slow down your computer after it is installed.
System Tuner, after installed and run, starts to scan your system automatically where it may seem as if it has found multiple parasites. These results are fake and proof that System Tuner cannot be trusted. Even in the full version System Tuner still does not effectively detect or remove viruses, spyware or any other type of malware.
In non-techie terms:
System Tuner is basically a spyware parasite itself and should not be used for anything on purpose. System Tuner should never be voluntarily downloaded, installed or purchased for any reason. Any website that advertises System Tuner should not be visited or trusted either. System Tuner is a serious infection that you should remove.
