Security Center Removal Guide

Do you know what Security Center is?

There are many threats facing healthy PCs each day, and Security Center is no exception. This vicious rogue antispyware application emanates from the same vindictive family of rogue applications such as Antimalware Tool and Antivirus Pro. Although it uses famous Windows icons in its GUIs in order to further trick its victims, users are warned against trusting any information reported by Security Center.

Security Center enters the system with a variety nefarious tactics. This rogue will use any susceptibility of the system to gain access, even exploiting known browser weaknesses. It also makes use of browser hijackers and rubbish online malware scanners to infiltrate and forcefully root its infections into its prospective host PCs. Because of its stealth infiltration, users will find it difficult to get rid of Security Center without some help.

The first clue the user will have as to the presence of Security Center on his system will come when the rogue is ready to start its attack. Once it is securely rooted, Security Center will edit registry entries so that it launches each time Windows starts up. On each such occasion, Security Center will initiate a fake system scan. This scan will go on to yield many false positive reports of dire infections supposedly crippling the system. These reports are all fake, and only meant to panic the user into thinking his system is under attack, so that he ultimately pays for and buy Security Center’s worthless software.

As a further attack on the system Security Center will slow down the PC’s performance by consuming a lot of system resources. It will also prevent the user from running any executable or from connecting to the web. This is done in an effort to not allow the user to download or run an application which has the ability to detect and ultimately remove Security Center from the system. It will also spam the user with incessant fake security pop up messages, and will cause increased erratic system behavior.

Do not fall for the scare tactics employed by Security Center. Restore your PC’s security and health and erase Security Center straight away. Do this safely and effectively by employing the removal power of a genuine security tool which will not only annihilate Security Center, but also protect your system against similar future attacks and threats.

In non techie terms: Security Center is injected into computers through various unethical ways. It is a fake security tool able only to scare computer users and out to steal your money. In reality Security Center is unable neither to scan nor remove any real computer threats. Take back your PC and destroy Security Center before it’s too late.
