Delete from Windows 8:

  1. Open IE and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  2. Select Internet Options and then click the General tab.
  3. Overwrite/delete the Home Page URL and click OK.
  4. Tap keys Alt+T again and this time select Manage Add-ons.
  5. In the menu on the left select Search Providers.
  6. Choose/add a new default search provider.
  7. Remove the undesirable search provider and click Close.

Remove from Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  2. Select Settings and navigate to On Startup.
  3. Select Open a specific page or set of pages and click Set Pages.
  4. Overwrite/delete the URL of the undesirable search tool and click OK.
  5. Navigate to Appearance and mark Show Home button.
  6. Now click Change and repeat step 4 to delete the undesirable option.
  7. Finally scroll down to Search and click Manage search engines.
  8. Remove (click X on the URL) the undesirable search tool and click Done.

Remove from Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and navigate to the Firefox search box on the right.
  2. Click the search provider icon to access a drop-down menu.
  3. Select Manage Search Engines to find the available options.
  4. Remove the undesirable option, click OK and select a new search tool.
  5. Simultaneously tap Alt+T to open the Tools menu and click Options.
  6. Click the General tab, change/delete the Home Page URL and click OK.
