Lishbos Registry Scanner Removal Guide

Do you know what Lishbos Registry Scanner is?

Lishbos Registry Scanner is promoted as a beneficial system optimizer. Our research team identifies it as a potentially unwanted program because it cannot serve you in a beneficial manner. This suspicious PUP was created by Lishbos Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and it is officially represented at lishbos.com. This website represents the unreliable program in the best possible light to ensure that more users install it, but most users are likely to acquire the program via third-party installers, where the PUP could be bundled with malware. In any case, the suspicious program is likely to be advertised as a tool that can speed up your computer by fixing registry issues. Although this program promises to delete “obsolete and invalid entries” from your Windows Registry, we do not recommend trusting it. In fact, the only thing we can suggest is removing Lishbos Registry Scanner, and you can learn why that is necessary by reading this report.

According to our research team, there are two different official installers of Lishbos Registry Scanner. One of them is silent, which indicates that the program can be downloaded without the user’s permission. If you acquire this version of the PUP, you will not be able to uninstall it like any other application, and that is a red flag. All in all, whether you use the official installer or the program slithers in without your permission, it is unreliable in any case. Although Lishbos Registry Scanner claims to clean your Windows Registry, in reality, all it can do is showcase fake errors. Once you install this program, it starts a system scan, but the results cannot be trusted because the registry keys and values represented via the scanner are most likely to be fictitious. Well, if the optimizer cannot optimize your system, what is its purpose? It appears that it was created for the sole purpose of generating a profit. You can install the PUP for free, but you are required to pay money to have the alleged errors fixed and keys removed.

The scanner of Lishbos Registry Scanner might list thousands of errors, which might make you act abruptly and irrationally. Unfortunately, the scanner looks legitimate, and the “Microsoft Partner Network” logo at the bottom might trick you into thinking that it actually is legitimate. If you trust the tool, you are likely to click the “Fix Now” button placed on the scanner. If you do this, you are routed to a purchase page representing “Registry Scanner.” At the time of research, the suspicious program was discounted from $25 to $7, and although the price is pretty low, you should not pay it because that would be a waste of good money. We do not recommend calling the allegedly “Toll Free” helpline number, 1-800-887-7982, either because the operator on the other end of the line has only one purpose: To make you pay for bogus services. Note that once you install the program, it will start scanning your operating system every time you start it. This will stop only once you delete Registry Scanner.Lishbos Registry Scanner Removal GuideLishbos Registry Scanner screenshot
