- Scan your PC.
Windows Vista & Windows 7
- Reboot the PC and tap F8 repeatedly until Advanced Boot Options menu opens.
- Select Safe Mode with Networking and press Enter.
- Find dreamscan.exe and scan.exe files and delete them.
