Hoping you can help me, Even when I boot up in Safe Mode (with Networking), when I launch my browser (FF), the virus (xp security 2011) takes over the window and blocks internet access. I created an exefix file. To bypass the block, but it has not worked. I'm getting desperate and appreciate any guidance you can provide asap.

(sending this from another PC)

Thanks,
