Thank you worked perfectly just followed the directions as listed. Beware what you open on your computer. Mine was an innocent site and still left me with Porn inspired searches. What I was viewing had nothing to do with Porn. Thanks again, I had used ad aware, avg, and windows defender and nothing detected it. Thanks!

Great. I tried all sorts of different Anti-Trojan software, but the "Unknown Trojan" pop-up kept popping up. But I went through your Steps 1-10, and it's no longer there. I couldn't find Step 11 though, the "Local Settings\Temp" didn't seem to be anywhere in my C;\Documents and Settings\[LISTED USER], so I hope I haven't left anything lurking somewhere. But so far all seems good. Thanks!

Wow! this is simple and easy way to get rid of all the troubles. I have done many spyware & malware cleaning, but this is the most amazing software. Two thumbs up!

Guys, hours I've spent!! Norton/Avast//McAfee and another 20 programs.
Not even one did any good and in 10 min with your software I was sorted.
