Someone hacked into my email a sympatico account. Probably by guessing my reset question which was pretty easy. They must have changed my password and the reset question so I was locked out. It ws 3 days before I noticed. I got sympatico to give my access. I noticed some new messages had been read that arrived while I was unable to access. Question Is there any way of finding out what computer was used to open the message?

Thanks if you can help..and make sure you have a difficult question..

I tested this e-mail lookup on an e-mail I sent myself and all it reports is the internet company in a city that isn't even close to where I am. There has to be a way to narrow it down to the at least the actual city the email was sent from not what computer it went through ?
