I re booted my pc and went into safe mode by pressing F8. Once there I went to "safe mode with command mode" option.

Once there using DOS command I went to c:\Program Files\RCenter and ran the uninstall. I also did all that was requested from the command prompt itself using the REG command.

The issue was fixed for me.

I cannot get anything by the Privacy Center program, and I also cannot find any of the processes or registry files listed here.

I have the Vistaui

After starting the computer and entering the password the Privacy Center scan program appears on the screen.

I cannot see the Start logo or any programs.

All that apears is the Privacy Center program.

Help!
