Here is the solution I found:

(Instructions)
Delete from Windows XP:

Open the Start menu and select Control Panel.

Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

Locate the undesirable application, click it and select Remove.

These instructions  dont apply to my situation since it is not in &quot;programs&quot; or anywhere else that ive looked. It just seems to be hanging out on my desk top with no way to click it off. It does not move when I try to slide it off the screen so I can see my desktop.]]></description>
