alex rubio,

You're probably infected with a corrupted program. To try to get into safe mode, start hitting F8 key. If this doesn't work:

1. Boot to the Recovery Console: Put in your Operating System CD > Reboot > Press any key when prompted > Press 'R' (when setup is done loading) > Login

2. C:\Windows prompt is presented > Type Listsvc > Press Enter

3. Locate the filename ntio256.sys (which causes BSOD)

4. At C:\Windows prompt > Type Disable ntio256 > Press Enter
*If you receive an error, check spelling and if the service/driver was under Listsvc.

5. Type Exit

6. Boot Operating System again

what if it wont let me use windows....
i am a victim of the fake antispyware program....
went i ran a couple programs to eliminate the software or
and remove all the harmful files in my computer the bsod
(blue screen of death) appeared and it restarted!!!
then i used smitfraudfix and halfway throught the process the bsod appeared.
it does that evertime i try to scan for files...
i then tried to reinstall windows using repair...
halfway through the process the bsod appeared again...
now everytime it starts it automatically retarts the setup obviously because
its not complete, but halfway through the process the bsod appears again
and its just repeating the same process... now i cant even log in in safe mode... it wont let me.... i really really need the files in my hard drive....
my life is in there!!! lol in bytes.... any way i can get those files back or fix the problem????
