		<description><![CDATA[thanks for the information, i got it out of computer but can&#039;t delete from program files can you help me out with this. the remove  and uninstall won t work. keeps coming up as system error when i try to uninstall. but hasn t popped back up yet. can you help me before it pops up and takes control of computer again  thanks steve]]></description>

If any of the following Value Names appear in any of the Keys and the Data Value equals 1 then RegEdit is disabled for your use. You need to either edit the Registry the Data Value to zero or delete the Value Name.

Key names: SOFTWARE\ Policies\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ SystemRestoreâ€¨Software\ Policies \Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ Restrictions â€¨Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\ System
