I can only really say two words: Thank you.

I tend to think of myself as fairly savey on the web and have come across most of the tricks. But alas, the Etlrlws Toolbar was the cleverest. I honestly thought I was downloading a codec to view some video. I remember just staring at that IE warning saying "Are you sure you want me to download that file and run it?" Of course I clicked yes. Moments later a DOS prompt quickly popped up. “Damn!@#”, I said.

Never mind. I right-clicked on that highly suspicious toolbar and saw it was labelled etlrlws. I Google searched the term and came across your wonderful Spyware-techie website. I've now added your site to my favourites - just in case.

Instructions were clear and the removal software has worked a treat.

Cheers!

Took me all day to try to get rid of that toolbar, and than I ran across your site, at first I thought it was another of those "free scan" but pay to fix sites, but yours was truly free, I followed instructions and FINALLY thanks to you that horrible toolbar is gone. I hope it stays gone. Thank you so much, I was really at the end of my rope had no other options I had tried everything. Super nice program and very very nice of you to help me. If you give me your address I would like to send you a little donation. I hope all others that benefit from this free tool do the same
